As we move to close another year out we are also closing out our previous blog, CoffeetalkwithER.blogspot.com. The blog posts will still be there and attached to our new blog, EmeraldRoastCoffeeTalk.blogspot.com with the Emerald Roaster. We want to thank everyone that has followed us and believe we are truly blessed to be doing what we love. Our website is up and running, finally without the glitches of Obamacare or the moodiness of a web developer. We have designed and built our website and our branding out of necessity. In January we were left with a handful of images and artwork and no website after paying over $8,000 to have someone design and build one for us. Our take-away, never allow a web developer or anyone else (other than you) host your website on their server while they build your site. Get the hosting then give them access to the back-end with passwords not the other way around.
We were held hostage and left with nothing and cannot undo what was done, but like the Phoenix we have risen from the ashes and are better than we were, stronger for what we have gone through and more prepared for what lies ahead.
