The Emerald Roaster: Having served in the Navy from 1987-2007 in the field of Navy Medicine as a Corpsman I have a special place in my life for everything military. I began roasting coffee in 1999 and have been having fun with it for some 14+ years now. My new bride supported starting a business providing fresh roast to order coffee to online customers. After a few trials and errors in start-up we are launched and roasting for fun and profit. We are a company based in the Faith that we can do this because God has Blessed us richly.
